First there were pictures of Ukrainian farmers towing Russian tanks with their tractors. Now they're probably aiming for bigger things and grabbing rockets. At least that's how it looks at first glance. But the photo is fake.
It seems that this image was first posted by the page “Promisloviy Portal”.
The title of the page is translated as “Industry Portal”. The website for this Twitter account writes in the subtitle that it is “the number 1 page about development and industry in Ukraine”. A very reputable site that is currently using the Twitter account to provide information about the situation in Ukraine.
Photo has been manipulated
What is true is that there is a Soyuz rocket visible here. However, the photo, which shows it as if it had been towed by a tractor with a Ukrainian flag, was manipulated. It is impossible to find out who the author of the photomontage is. However, it is probably intended to follow the numerous stories and photos of farmers who towed Russian tanks or military jets with their tractors ( HERE ). We therefore classify it as satire.
If you click on the photo in the tweet, you will see a copyright notice on the bottom right of the image.

And the original image is quickly found. It is from October 2018 and shows the rocket being transported to a launch pad in Russia. The photographer was Bill Ingalis, as stated in the photo on Twitter. No tractor can be seen in the original photo. It also has nothing to do with the war that is currently raging in Ukraine.
Conclusion
This photo is a photomontage.
The fact that the photographer of the original picture is mentioned in this suggests satire rather than intentional hoaxes.
The original picture shows the transport of a Soyuz rocket in October 2018. However, there is no tractor in use here.
