It is heavily advertised on Telegram in the relevant pages: A page called “Test-Express”, which offers unvaccinated people who want to circumvent the 3G regulations (vaccinated, recovered, tested) of some companies and public events: for a payment of 10 euros and one After a short test, the site declares you to be a “specialist” who is qualified to supervise self-tests and confirm the results. This is how the site describes itself on the Internet:

With Test-Express you can create a 3G Corona test certificate yourself at any time. You will be appointed by us as a “specialist” and can therefore “supervise” self-tests.

The quotation marks in the descriptive text of the page give rise to interesting interpretations.
Why are the terms “professionals” and “supervise” spelled like this? The words “professional” and “supervise” were placed in quotation marks, which suggests that the words are used with a wink. Like “Sure, I’ll “ supervise ” your test now”. But perhaps there is no further intention behind it.

Using the site, users can be appointed as “experts” for a small payment and can give each other negative test results!

The legality of the test site has already been questioned by Johanniter. The charitable organization has already distanced itself from the site. The organization also doubts (see below) whether Test-Express is even entitled to appoint specialists. The accusation of criminal forgery of documents in accordance with Section 267 of the Criminal Code is also being raised.

However, it is no surprise that the Test-Express platform, whose test results cost 1.99 euros per person, is praised Eva Rosen

But how do you become an “expert” in order to be able to supervise such tests? And why does an organization like the Johanniter distance itself so clearly?

The Johanniters distance themselves from the side

Until recently, “Test-Express” referred to the Johanniter homepage, where you could take an e-learning course called “ Advanced training on conducting PoC antigen rapid tests ”. But the Johanniters didn't like this at all. The Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe reacted to this and writes:

On the Johanniter homepage they also distance themselves from the unapproved apparent connection to “Test-Express” (see HERE ).

In fact, the link to the Johanniter has already been deleted from the site. But the use of the term “professional” is still up in the air. How do the participants become experts? When registering, there is a note that you can book their own online training “here” - although “here” is not defined, there is no link to their training offer.

This information is available on Test-Express

The website has a regular and transparent imprint (archived HERE ). “CliniGo GmbH” from Wetter (Ruhr) is listed as the operator.

As correctly stated in the legal notice, the company is registered in the Hagen commercial register (see HERE ). Only two shareholders are known to the various databases, and only one person's name appears HERE

Who is the managing director?

The aforementioned managing director gained notoriety when he founded his first company in 2011 called Ordermed, a business model for electronic health records, which was renamed Vitabook in 2016. Via Vitabook, patients were able to make their data digitally available to the treating doctors. As of April 2020, the platform had 250,000 users. This information comes from an article in the Tagesspiegel.

According to “ apotheke adhoc “, things no longer looked so good for Vitabook in November 2020. We read in the article on “apotheke adhoc” that the price of transactions for pharmacies has quadrupled. In addition, according to the article, old people's and nursing homes received care research contracts from the company CliniGo, which they could not do anything with - there was a name change, and the contract was also intended to transmit diagnoses and vital signs to the platform.

Shortly afterwards it was announced that Vitabook went bankrupt.
Reason for this: The company itself was sued by Facebook because the site violated trademark rights through the blue font and logo in combination with the ending -book and a font like Facebook. This legal dispute has been going on for 5 years. There were also legal disputes with Google because the “Patient.Plus” app was removed. Reason: A new function called “Quarantine Monitoring” angered Google. The justification states: “ We do not permit applications that lack reasonable sensitivity to […] another tragic event or that capitalize on it .”

The source says that the legal battle with Google was won, but it took four months for Google to get the documents and add the app back to the store - during which time the company finally went bankrupt.

Connections to the party “The Basis”?

As early as April 2021 (see HERE ), “AnonLeaks” pointed out that the “Die Basis” party had a data protection problem because the folders on the server could be openly viewed without much trickery. “The Basis” is considered the party-political arm of the “lateral thinker” movement.

As the website “At a distance” reported in May 2021 (see HERE ), the party had still not closed the security gap; at that time, applications from the constituencies in Lower Saxony for the federal election were freely visible.

In these disclosed data, the name of the managing director of Test-Express was shown among the applicants for the party close to the lateral thinker.

There was no link to his official application, instead the sentences “ I am an entrepreneur. We can defend our freedom, especially in the Bundestag. I'm ready for it ." The security gap has now been closed . A proximity to lateral thinker topics can also be interpreted on the rather orphaned alleged Twitter account (see HERE

But it didn't stop with the application. In April 2021 (see HERE ), the managing director not only applied for the position of press spokesman for the party, but also won the election.

There are also quite simple and not particularly complex Google searches that show personal connections to the party “Die Basis” as a result.

An 11-page letter (see HERE , PDF file) shows confusion within the party “Die Basis” about an “AG Democracy Campaign”, which was apparently carried out without the knowledge of the party by its press spokesman and at the same time managing director of Test-Espress is discussed. In addition, the working group is intended to change the course of the party.

But that wasn't the only thing that caused internal irritation. Furthermore, the party's press spokesman, who was the subject of the crisis letter, put a page called "Children in Danger" online and named "Die Basis" as the creator of the website - again without the party's knowledge. The bottom line is that it seems as if “Die Basis” itself does not entirely agree with the businessman’s independent behavior, since, for example, he supports digital health certificates, but “Die Basis” is against digital vaccination certificates.

There are also statements on the website of the Lower Saxony regional association of “Die Basis”. We read, among other things, this in this document (archived HERE ):

“Without a detailed discussion and weighing up the advantages and disadvantages, our government suspended a large part of the basic rights and freedoms guaranteed in the Basic Law in the stroke of a pen during the Corona crisis. Civil rights are not granted generously, they are the unconditional right of every citizen.”

Let's summarize

  • The “Test-Express” website offers a quick course to become a “specialist” who can certify negative test results
  • The operator of the site is “CliniGo GmbH”
  • The managing director is apparently not only an entrepreneur, but also a very active member of the party “Die Basis”, the party political arm of the “lateral thinker” movement.
  • Well-known “lateral thinkers” advertise the site on “Telegram” in order to “test each other’s freedom”.

Lawyers must decide whether and to what extent legal action can be taken against the site. At least the Johanniter have closed the gap by temporarily suspending their offer of certification, but it is to be expected that Bönig, as the operator of “Test-Express”, will find another gap.

In this context, the 3G regulation must now be reconsidered, because if it is so easy for unvaccinated people to get negative test results, either stricter control procedures must be set up or the 3G regulation must be suspended completely.
