Given the excitement surrounding radical Islamism, it is always a good idea for sites like “Netzplanet” to add a little more fuel to the fire.

But what if there is absolutely nothing in the current press that you could use? Then you simply create your own message.

Sweden: 12-year-old brutally beaten by Arab because of black eyes

Text:

Sweden: 12-year-old brutally beaten by Arab because of black eyes

“The 12-year-old boy in the Swedish city of Helsingborg was brutalized by Arab immigrants because he had blue eyes.”

It goes on to say that the boy was “brutally beaten” because he 15-year-old Arabs saw a provocation in the fact that the 12-year-old said his eye color was “blue-green,” but it was said to have been a linguistic misunderstanding.

And now the recipe:

First take a picture of a child who serious injuries to his face. Blue eyes are also good, match the article.

Furthermore, we suggest in the text that it is the picture of the 12-year-old, without going into further detail.

Unfortunately not a fresh ingredient, because the picture was not only circulating on Facebook in 2012 with the title “ Share this if you are against child abuse ”, but is even older, from 2008 and shows a 4-year-old girl , which was attacked by a Rottweiler and required stitches in its face.

In the comments of the Netzplanet article, a reader even points this out, whereby the Netzplanet then refers to the stated source of the article, another rather inflammatory site, which corresponds to the surprisingly short text of the Netzplanet (which referred it from the source to “Guttemberg- Art", i.e. copy & paste) goes one step further:

“The state should actually be brought to justice and the integration authorities should pay the boy a life pension at the expense of the immigrant Arab Muslims!”

But let's take a look at the second ingredient, namely the actual message.

It's not exactly brand new either, it's from December 28th, 2013.

The Swedish news site “Fria Tider” also presents the incident in a much more sober manner. First of all, the original article doesn't even say how old the Swedish boy was, so it's a mystery to us how the internet planet decided he was 12 years old comes.

The 15-year-old Arabic-speaking boy did not “brutally beat” him, but rather gave him a slap in the face.

The boy was not beaten any further during the break, but was “just” threatened. However, the teachers noticed the incident very quickly, so that no further incidents could occur.

According to the 15-year-old, the background to the incident was probably a linguistic misunderstanding, as the Swedish “blågrön” for blue-green sounds similar to various Arabic insults. The perpetrator also reacted in the same way, saying that the boy probably thought he was better than him. However, this could not be clearly established.

The perpetrator was fined under Swedish law for using violence and threatening violence.

However, the authorities did not to be an act of hate. If anything, the act led to discussions in Sweden about how to better integrate foreign-speaking children and young people so that such misunderstandings do not arise.

Conclusion:

So you take a picture from 2008, a piece of news from 2013, stir it vigorously, season it with harsher words and let it slowly simmer under the ugly comments of readers.
