Homberg On Sunday evening, an 18-year-old woman from Melsungen was the victim of a sexual assault on the Schloth School grounds.

The 18-year-old was on her way to work on Schwarzenberger Weg. Suddenly a car stopped behind her. The driver of this car got out and dragged the 18-year-old into the car, although the victim fought back violently and screamed loudly. The man then drove to Schloth School and pulled the victim out of the car onto the school grounds. There he wanted to perform sexual acts on the 18-year-old.

The 18-year-old fought back with all her might and continued to scream for help. The screaming alerted several passers-by to what was happening. When the perpetrator noticed the passers-by, he briefly let go of his victim. The 18-year-old took advantage of this, broke away and was able to escape.
