In collaboration with private parties, the Freiburg public prosecutor's office has now offered a reward totaling 25,000 euros for information that leads to the capture of the perpetrator in the case of the killed 27-year-old jogger.

In the investigation into the homicide to the detriment of Ms. Carolin Gruber (Endingen), the Freiburg public prosecutor's office has now offered a reward of up to EUR 6,000 (in words, six thousand euros) for information that leads to the identification or capture of the perpetrator.

There are also awards from private parties. A total of up to 19,000 euros will be offered by several people.

In total, the public prosecutor's office and private parties are currently offering up to 25,000 euros in this case.

All claims refer to information that leads to the investigation or capture of the perpetrator in question. The awarding and distribution of rewards will be decided without legal recourse. The rewards are intended exclusively for private individuals and not for public officials whose professional duties include the prosecution of criminal offenses.

The public prosecutor's office and the police would like to thank you very much for the extremely generous support from private sources.

Despite intensive work by the 40-member “Erle” special commission, including at the weekend, there is no concrete lead in the case of the killed 27-year-old woman from Endingen that could give the investigators decisive progress.

Among the approximately 570 tracks and clues, there is still no promising information about the whereabouts of the missing running shoe of the killed jogger.

The investigations into the trace material at the LKA Baden-Württemberg are ongoing.

Please still send any information to the “Erle” special commission on 07641/582-114.
