City center - On Thursday evening (February 9, 2017), at 8:50 p.m., a previously unknown person reported an attack on a nearby restaurant via an emergency call at the Frauentorstrasse tram stop.
The stranger did not want to give his name, and laughter could clearly be heard in the background of the emergency call.
When the matter was checked through several patrols, it ultimately turned out that someone had made a bad joke.
