As Gizmodo reports, it is a computer-generated model!
The Amazon mothership was created using 3D technology and is the work of a Japanese artist. On his Twitter account zozi009 you can find the following entry:

Here you can see the 3D model in progress - so the mothership doesn't exist in reality (yet)!
But! patent for a “flying warehouse” in 2016 . So the idea of the Amazon mothership is not far-fetched.
The flying warehouse should be able to deliver to as many people as possible in one place by drone. Like, for example, the audience in a sports stadium or at a music festival.
So far, Amazon has not officially had anything built in this direction.
