Camera on “record” – and off we go: a woman, a recording device, almost 4 minutes of angry sentences strung together. The result is a video that irritates many users and leaves question marks in their minds.

Thematically, this video, in which the woman's emotions clearly boil up, does not in any way meet the ZDDK / Mimikama scope of work. It is neither a fake nor a hoax – we are dealing with an extremely polemical representation of a personal opinion.

However, it is necessary for us to publish an article because a large number of inquiries have accumulated about the video, which we would like to comment on here.

Brief analysis

Since there is no potential for forgery here, the only question that remains is whether this is a well-planned propaganda video or whether the lady is expressing anger and rage for personal reasons. This will hardly be clarified, and we don't even want to clarify it.

Furthermore, the request to reveal the identity to the distributor is also quite borderline. A small note on the side of the status post: interestingly, the comments are deactivated, but the video and the call have already been distributed in 5-digit amounts.

Legal situation

The lady in the video could actually be committing a criminal offense, for example for slander and slander against a political figure. In any case, it was because of a simple insult. The extent to which the Office for the Protection of the Constitution has to be involved in this is also more than questionable.

The question of whether such a video should be distributed would essentially be negated, as both the subjective message of the video and the somewhat inflammatory status post are not really suitable for distribution on social networks.
