Rangendingen – A homeowner fell victim to a dubious tar crew and paid dearly for asphalt work.
At the end of April, a tar crew tarred the yard following prior agreement from a 68-year-old homeowner. For the approximately hour-long work, the three construction workers demanded an exorbitant fee of several thousand euros, which was immediately paid in cash by the homeowner.
