At around 3:25 p.m., a 44-year-old Dane suddenly hit the thigh of a 63-year-old Austrian woman from the side with his leg (leg prosthesis) on the Arnulfstrasse staircase. When the woman turned around, the man was said to be standing in front of her in a threatening manner with his hand raised. When the woman called for help, the Dane let go of her and walked away. Two witnesses took the woman to the nearby federal police station.

When a search was launched immediately, the 44-year-old, who was drunk at around 1.5 per mille, was found at the exit of the main train station and arrested. The Austrian had pain in her thigh. However, she decided not to undergo a medical examination. The Dane agreed to a voluntary blood sample. After consultation with the public prosecutor's office, the 44-year-old homeless man is brought before the judge.
