Let's start with the origin of the video: The video is from the USA and was recorded on June 12, 2020 at 3:23 p.m. local time in New York. It shows a 31-year-old man who pushed a 92-year-old senior woman for no reason.
There are media reports about the video, but also information from the police, who published the video on Twitter on June 16th and asked for help ( see here ).
As learned by NBC New York ( here ), the suspect, Rashid Brimmage of the Bronx, was charged with assault shortly after he was taken into custody. Police believe he is the person pushing the elderly woman in the video.

The NBC article also tells us that Brimmage is a repeat offender with 100 previous arrests and has already committed multiple offenses this year alone.

What does this have to do with the protests?
The attack on the senior citizen has no connection to the “Black Lives Matter” demonstrations. The only overlap lies in the skin color of the perpetrator, which is used for generalization in the description of the posting.
In other words, somewhere in the world a person with dark skin is committing a crime against a helpless person with light skin, so all demonstrations are inappropriate. This is the formula used in the tendentious posting.
The video itself is arbitrary, it could have been another person with dark skin doing something to another person with light skin.
