Arnstadt - Ilm district - On Dr.-Mager-Straße yesterday afternoon, around 4 p.m., two men (32 and 25 years old) threw Chinese firecrackers from a balcony on the second floor in the direction of a children's playground.
A 13-year-old and his 11-year-old sister were there at the time. The children were not hit. The children's father spoke to the two men about their actions, but they ignored him and continued to throw firecrackers downwards. The police were notified. However, the two men did not comment on the accusation.
