Around 300 patients and staff at the clinic were evacuated as a precaution.
The area was largely cordoned off. An explosives detection dog searched the main house, but there was no evidence of an explosive device. The caller, a 30-year-old from Berlin, was quickly identified. He was arrested and questioned. The cell phone the man used to call the clinic was confiscated. Patients and staff were able to return to their homes.
