“English policemen have a good sense of humor as they escort Trump” is what you read about this picture. Sure, it was released in this form on 9gag . The character of the image should be immediately clear.
Still... DAMN... you should please put a little more effort into pulling off a gag like that. In Great Britain there is still left-hand traffic! The best gag is of no use if it can be disenchanted so easily.

The picture also has a long history behind it. People often claim that Trump is sitting in the car. But initially it was not Trump, but Putin who was credited with this escort.
The “penis escort” appeared in 2014, before Trump became President of the USA.

What is true, however, is that Putin is sitting in the vehicle. The original photo comes from a video that was shot for his inauguration in 2012. The mopeds... well... they've been changed a little.
