Bochum - As already reported , on February 11, 2017 (Saturday), around 3:45 a.m., an extremely brutal violent crime was discovered at Rottstrasse 11 in Bochum.

The police officers who were alerted found the 79-year-old owner of the apartment dead in the ground floor apartment. Her seriously injured husband (78), who lost his eyesight as a result of the brutal act, died on March 4th in a clinic in East Westphalia.

As part of the criminal investigation by the murder squad, it emerged that the perpetrators had already been allowed into the apartment on February 10th (Friday), around 8 a.m., presumably under a pretext. Investigators did not discover any signs of a break-in. It can be assumed that cash and jewelry were stolen.

Based on information, investigators believe that at least two males were involved in the crime on February 10th. The LKA has now created a ghost image of one of these men, which has been released for publication in the media by a court order.
