Nearly 70 percent of American workers who use ChatGPT at work haven't told their bosses about it. This is shown by a survey by the networking app “ Fishbowl ”. Overall, 43 percent of professionals in the US use AI tools like ChatGPT to make their jobs easier. ChatGPT can help with writing emails, scheduling meetings, and analyzing data. However, the AI ​​is also said to have weaknesses. There is a risk of misinformation and plagiarism.

In addition to ChatGPT, other AI tools have also come onto the market recently, from Microsoft's revamped Bing search engine to Google's chatbot Bard, which has just launched in the US and UK ( here ). The survey was conducted in late January and includes responses from over 11,700 Fishbowl app users at companies including Amazon, Google, IBM, JPMorgan, Meta and Twitter.

Useful, but nothing without people
