The free Javascript bookmarklet “ Reclaim Privacy ” scans the privacy of your Facebook account and then outputs a rating.
As we all know, Facebook played with users' trust several times recently and quite a few users are so unsure about protecting their privacy . Reclaim Privacy bookmarklet is a very useful tool.
The thing is simply dragged toolbar (Firefox, Safari, Opera) . Move your mouse to the “SCAN FPR PRIVACY” button (see image) and drag the button to your toolbar.
Then log in to Facebook and click on the “Scan for Privacy” bookmarklet.
The Scan for Privacy bookmarklet looks like this in the toolbar: 
After a short time the whole magic is completed and if everything was OK then ideally you will see 6 green areas.
However, if gaps are found, you will be informed and you will receive a direct link to the respective privacy settings area where you can then make the changes manually.
“Reclaim Privacy” itself says that no data will be viewed or stored. “The source code is also open and should remain so in the future.
