On September 7, 2015 at 8:46 a.m. a user published a status post with the words: PLEASE SHARE!!! This freak must be found!!!Who knows this piece of shit???

You can see a boy with a dog and a knife. In a second picture you can see that the boy murdered the dog.
No matter how heinous the act is, the user is not allowed to publish this search notice. This is a private search call and can be punishable.
Furthermore, this case already happened in 2011!
The boy is 20-year-old Alex Miltschakow, who uploaded VKontakte
The public prosecutor's office was investigating this boy at the time and he is no stranger. The Berliner Kurier reported on Milchakov in April 2015 and described him as a Nazi psychopath!
He was photographed smiling and cutting off the head of a puppy, next to the mutilated corpses of Ukrainian soldiers and with a swastika flag. At the meeting he praised Hitler as one of the “greatest leaders” – if only he had died in 1939 and not had so many Russians killed. After the conference, he announced online that he had agreed on cooperation and mutual assistance with the NPD.
So the case is already 4 years old. Besides the fact that this is a private search call, it makes no sense to share these pictures!
