You cannot win a VW Sharan in this Facebook competition!

Competitions regularly appear on Facebook and captivate Facebook users. They hope for a really big win but in the end they come away empty-handed. In these cases, only the site operator “wins”.

We check competitions for their seriousness! This competition is not serious and deceives the participants. It doesn't meet Facebook's criteria and uses fake elements!

On April 1, 2019, we reported on the Facebook page “VW Sharan – 2019”. The site operators recently relaunched the competition – with the same text and the same photos. They still claim that “Sabine D. showed it” and that in the “next 72 hours, AGAIN three (3x) VW Sharans worth €52,899 each” [sic] will be raffled off…

So let's take a closer look at the competition:

The winning photo
Things get particularly interesting when analyzing the winning photo. The operator of the Facebook page posted an alleged winning photo in the album.

This was already commented on April 1st by Mike Pulman. This comment can no longer be seen because the site operator has relaunched the competition.

On April 1st we wrote : In the comments, Mike Pulman points out that the site operator of “VW Sharan – 2019” does not own the photo and that he should take the photo off his site.

Mike Pulman is the owner of Pulman Group . We can find the original photo on his blog including the correct background story. All winner information about the photo on the Facebook page “VW Sharan – 2019” is incorrect!
