Payment should be made via immediate transfer. Attention: The data will not be forwarded to the payment service provider, but will be accessed by the criminals. You will later be persuaded to submit TAN codes and thereby be deprived of your money!

Many people came across alvensleben.net while looking for suitable Christmas presents. The online shop is still online and offers a wide range of toys. However, all of the heavily discounted products shown will never be sent and are only used to encourage you to make a quick purchase, warns our cooperation partner Watchlist Internet .

The trap lurks here in the ordering process: As part of an alleged instant transfer payment, your online banking data is accessed and misused for later payment orders. In order to carry out the payment orders, you will later be asked to submit the TAN codes or to approve payments via your banking app under pretexts.

Usual fake shop features!

Alvensleben.net shows numerous signs of a fake shop. The prices are sometimes well below market value, the shop is very new, the imprint data has been stolen, and negative reviews are already piling up.

This is the best way to generally protect yourself from fake shops!

Fake instant transfer!

Unlike usual fake shops, they do not require an advance transfer or payment by credit card from you, but instead redirect you to a fake instant transfer payment page:

You should then select your bank and log in as usual with your online banking details to pay. Unlike usual, you do not enter your data on the real website “sofort.com”, but rather end up on the fake site “sofort-bezahlen.com”! After entering your payment details, the process is canceled and there will be no payment approval via your banking app or SMS-Tan for the time being.

Criminals pose as your bank!

Because of your supposed payment at alvensleben.net, the criminals now have your personal information such as name, address and telephone number, know which bank you are a customer of and know your online banking login. This information is used for the criminals' actual goal: to get TANs from you over the phone in order to be able to release payments. In order to appear credible, the criminals pose as your bank.

Never transmit TAN codes over the telephone!

No matter whether as a result of your order at alvensleben.net or for whatever reason - never pass on banking TAN codes over the phone. The same applies to approvals via your banking app. Only grant approval if you are about to initiate a payment yourself and the information on the approval page of your banking app corresponds to the payment you want to initiate.

Have you ordered from alvensleben.net?

Change your online banking login details. This means that criminals can no longer log into your account and initiate payments. If you have already approved payments or submitted TAN codes, contact your bank immediately. The faster you act, the higher the likelihood of being able to stop the payments.

If your payment can no longer be recovered, we advise you to report it to the police. Watchlist Internet has provided more information for you under Advice & Help .
