There are currently professional dog thieves in North Rhine-Westphalia. They come with a box truck with lots of cages in it. The license plate is from Poland or the Netherlands. They are targeting dogs that are on a leash in front of the supermarket. Christa heard about it two weeks ago from a woman in the neighborhood and today she saw it herself at Netto. If no corresponding warnings are found in these two places, then the Tierhilfe Niederrhein association has not issued a corresponding warning.
