Nonsense law! This is what lawyer Chan-Jo Jun says about the attempted trick by lateral thinkers who describe the dissolution of an alleged spontaneous demonstration as fascism.

Is it fascism when the police break up a supposed spontaneous demonstration with water cannons? That's exactly how lateral thinkers see it. According to their own statements, it was not a planned demo.

The question, however, is whether it was really a purely spontaneous gathering where the police should not have intervened. Is the fascism comparison appropriate? Lawyer Chan-Jo Jun from Würzburg doesn't see it that way and writes:

Querdenken claimed with attorney Markus Heintz on Saturday that we were in fascism because the Querdenken demo was broken up with water cannons.
It would have been a spontaneous meeting. Lateral thinkers have been trying to outsmart the police with this trick for several demonstrations. Good trick or #nonsenseJura? Anyone who reads his demo strategy guides, which are publicly distributed on his Telegram channel, will notice the contradiction between the terms “strategy” and “spontaneous”. Are we living in fascism if the police don't let themselves be fooled and break up the demonstration? Rather not.

Fascism, lateral thinking and nonsense law

On his YouTube channel, the Würzburg lawyer Jun describes in various articles which pseudo-legal tricks are being tried out and why they won't work.

Jun uses the hashtag #QuatschJura as a catchphrase. His video has become particularly well-known here, in which he describes how to defend yourself when those who refuse to wear a mask supposedly threaten legal action. The key questions it contains are:

[mk_ad]

1. Is wearing a mask a necessity?
2. Do house rules also apply to a certificate?
3. Can I photograph people who refuse to wear a mask against their will?

4. Is activity when thinking outside the box a compelling other reason for not having to wear a mask (BaWü)?
5. Is it forbidden discrimination to send people who don't wear masks outside?
