A brief overview of what has happened so far: On the Saturday before Easter, the AfD-Essen used the blue chocolate bunny from “Ferrero Kinder” for party advertising and stuck an AfD sticker on it.
So far there have been no official steps from Ferrero regarding election advertising. Reason enough for Noktara to make a story out of it:
This story apparently came across so believable in several places that outrage appeared and even calls for a boycott of Ferrero products.
We can reassure you that neither is necessary, at least given this issue.

And Ferrero?
Clearly, at the time this article was published, there were no lawsuits or claims for damages. These descriptions come solely from the Noktara satire.
Ferrero has so far only commented that it has contacted the legal department ( compare ):
