Dillenburg - On Friday (July 7, 2017), an unknown person targeted the health of dogs with dangerous bait.
At around 7 p.m., a woman from Aßlar went for a walk with her golden retriever mix in the field in the extension of Bergstrasse. Before she could intervene, the animal devoured pieces of meat sausage. When she looked, she discovered more pieces of sausage, each with a nail about 1.5 cm long stuck in it. The dog was lucky, he vomited the dangerous bait without suffering any further damage.
The Wetzlar police are now looking for witnesses and asking:
