Essen - On May 16, 2017, an unknown man pushed a woman from Velbert aside in front of a drugstore on Brückstrasse. While pushing the 28-year-old away, the perpetrator managed to steal a four-figure sum of cash.
The stranger had previously spoken to the woman in the drugstore and asked her to change money for him. The perpetrator must have apparently noticed the large sum of money that the victim had with her. The wanted person has already appeared to the police in several cases using the same scam.
The investigator from Criminal Investigation Department 13 asks: Who knows the man in the pictures or can provide information about his whereabouts?
The Essen Criminal Police Office will receive information about the fraudster on 0201/829-0.
