This content is a press release from: Oberhausen Police Headquarters

During the night of and during Saturday (April 5/6, 2019), numerous fake “bulbs” were attached to cars that were allegedly parked incorrectly. So far, ten counterfeits have been seized by the police. Some were found on vehicles on Lipperstrasse (1x) and Winkelriedstrasse (4x). During the course of Saturday, a suspected man, dark-skinned, with curly hair and driving a Smart car, was observed attaching a fake “tuber” on Wing Street.

The receipts appear to have been issued by the city of Oberhausen. The charge given is “parking against the direction of travel”.
