Wehringen - A previously unknown perpetrator in Wehringen acted particularly sneakily when he was killed in the period from July 14th. Sabotaged the barefoot path west of the community until July 17, 2017.
This leisure facility consists of various fields with different fillings that can be walked barefoot. One of these fields was previously filled with broken safety glass and could be entered without risk of injury.
As has now been discovered, shards of white glass were intentionally placed in this field. These could hardly be distinguished visually from broken safety glass and were likely to cause cuts. It must currently be assumed that the perpetrator acted with intent to injure, even if no injured parties have yet been identified.
The Bobingen police are therefore investigating dangerous bodily harm and are asking those injured or possible witnesses to call 08234/9606-0.
The municipality of Wehringen has already responded to the incident and will no longer fill any fields on the barefoot path with broken safety glass in the future.
