As reported in the media, the rapper with the name arrest warrant is said to have been treated in a Darmstadt hospital for a gunshot wound in the leg.
The 34-year-old was treated yesterday, Thursday (July 16, 2020). How exactly the man's gunshot wound occurred has not yet been officially confirmed. From the Hessenschau we learn that it is supposed to be the arrest warrant for the rapper:
According to hr information, the injured person has an arrest warrant for the Offenbach rapper. Aykut Anhan, his real name, inflicted the wound on himself.
The Hessenschau further reports that the crime apparently happened under the influence of drugs and alcohol. There is also a police report about the incident, but the name “arrest warrant” is not mentioned in it, nor is there any further information about the matter.

A joint press release from the Darmstadt public prosecutor's office and the South Hesse police headquarters reads:
On Thursday afternoon (July 16, 2020) around 4 p.m., a man presented to a Darmstadt hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg. The 34-year-old was extremely uncooperative towards the police officers who were notified. The investigation into how and where the injury occurred is currently ongoing. In this context, the man's registration address and a bar in the Darmstadt-Dieburg district were also searched in the evening hours. No evidence could be found that would help clarify the matter.
