They come from a case in Miami, Florida, where a man tried to abuse a 4-year-old pit bull, which he understandably didn't put up with.
Result: the dog tore the man's genitals to such an extent that they could not be restored. Miami police have launched an investigation into the man.

What exactly happened to the poor guy, who is always the target of jokes and hoaxes, can probably only be clarified by him and his relatives.

The story in the requested post is a lie from start to finish - at least with these pictures.
Clickbait at its best. Why is it now being done by private individuals? It strokes his own ego, I guess, or he just fell for a hoax based on a hoax, based on a hoax...etc.
The fact is - not a child, not a pit bull - just a badly injured man, whose actual story is still obscure and will not be speculated about here.
