You could rather say: leave the poor guy alone! However, the picture has two problems, one being: the guy isn't actually there!
This is really serious! It's a little unfair to call the colleague with the coffee cup the idiot of the year.

This picture was taken at Lake Baikal (Russia). It shows four quite large pike lying on the beach of the lake. However, it does NOT show a man sitting behind it with a coffee cup:

Anyone who would like to criticize the picture can certainly do so based on size speculation : Lake Baikal is known for quite excessive fishing. This picture is symptomatic of this: probably all female pike can be seen (males do not grow larger than 80 cm) and these 4 pike are quite large and therefore very important for the offspring and sustainability.
