Internet fraudsters are again trying to gain access to users' Facebook accounts.

This time they buy ads from Facebook and publish them in the users' news stream. If a user clicks on this ad, they will be redirected to a website that is modeled on Facebook. The user has the impression that he has to log in to Facebook again! But this is not the case. If a user enters their email address and password here, this data will be transmitted to the internet fraudsters. They would then have full access to the Facebook account.

This ad is what we're talking about at the moment!

The title: “Click here woman falls while dancing”

You can see from this status post that it is “sponsored”. In other words, the fraudsters pay money so that they can get more reach on Facebook!

If you click on this, this website will open.

At first it seems as if you are still on Facebook. But that is not the case. Note the URL!

If a user enters their email address and password here, this data will be transmitted to the internet fraudsters. They would then have full access to the Facebook account.
