“I killed my best friend while high on drugs.” This is what a 13-year-old from Euskirchen told her chat partner from East Germany.
The internet acquaintance immediately alerted the police, and yesterday afternoon the Euskirchen police executed a search warrant on the 13-year-old.
The investigation revealed that the underage girl had only made up the story.
