Rumors about dead children due to mouth and nose protection are currently appearing more and more frequently on social media. Is the mask really deadly?

The police have now also responded to this. On Twitter, the Lower Franconia police took a stand on a chain letter claiming that there would be a third dead child because of a mask. The claim is that on September 28th, a six-year-old girl from near Schweinfurt collapsed unconscious on the way home in the school bus with a mouth and nose covering. The bus driver then stopped and placed the girl in the aisle of the bus, but did not remove her mask.

According to the chain letter, the girl had to be given oxygen but died. The Lower Franconia police have now reported this incident and are saying quite clearly that it is a false report. You can read about this on Twitter :

Since Tuesday, mask critics have been spreading false reports on social media about the alleged death of a 6-year-old girl in Schweinfurt.

Please do not believe this #fakenews and definitely do not retweet it. ‼

Rumors about the mask

When asked whether the police could clearly rule out the influence of the mask, the Lower Franconia police were able to say quite clearly that the message was basically a fake. One reads in one answer:

How do you want to autopsy a person who didn't even die? Or do we just not understand your contribution? As far as we know, there is absolutely no truth to this story. Apparently no child was taken to hospital with such symptoms.

In a previous article we already described quite clearly that there are currently several rumors about deceased children and masks. There is no evidence yet or, as in this case, authorities can clearly say that the reports are false. Our previous article is here .
