Entire picture galleries with very young girls on one website - unfortunately not uncommon.
These sites, which are often operated from Russia or other countries where the operators cannot be held liable from here. The really fatal thing about it: These pictures mostly come from public profiles on Facebook and Instagram !
In the joint competence center of the federal and state governments for the protection of minors on the Internet, there are four employees who look through millions of photos on such dubious sites and try to find the locations of the servers in order to request the platform operators to delete the images.

Parents should pay attention to this
Such sites use public profiles, so everyone who posts such photos has it in their own hands whether these images end up on dubious sites at some point or not. LKA Lower Saxony advises :
- Avoiding photos with unclothed or barely clothed children (paedophilic people specifically look for such motifs on the Internet)
- Avoiding photos that children might find shameful, embarrassing, or damaging years later (school, friends, employers, etc.)
- Use options to optimally protect the image material (use privacy settings, use pseudonyms, restrict circles of friends, etc.)
- Ask relatives, friends and acquaintances not to distribute posted photos or data (photos can still end up in the wrong hands!)
If in doubt, it is better to leave out a picture, use neutral photos or choose a motif in which your child's face cannot be seen.
