Our conclusion
The photo of the lady and the soldering iron went viral in 2016, and a prankster used it to make a fake PR ad.
Already in 2016, an apparent PR ad from “Das Handwerk” was circulating that contradicts itself: The slogan is “We can do it,” but the lady in the photo doesn’t seem to be able to do it at all: she wears safety glasses while soldering (rather unusual , nothing splashes when soldering), solders on the wrong side of the board and also holds the soldering iron in such a way that she would definitely burn her fingers.
But it is an old stock photo that has never been used in a PR ad.
The wrong PR ad
The image of the false PR ad has been circulating for several years and is currently causing a lot of laughter on Twitter :
“ We are craftsmen. We can do it. ”, but the image used would prove the absolute opposite – if it had ever been used.

And the photo of the lady soldering was also a stock photo years ago , but (understandably) it no longer online . Memes about the photo are still floating around the internet.
The site “ PetaPixel ” also reported on the photo in March 2016, which went viral at the time. But the photo was never used Das Handwerk

Conclusion
Back in 2016, someone made a joke, took the photo that had gone viral and added the slogan and logo of “Das Handwerk” to it. However, this PR ad never existed.
