The daycare center to which this sharepic refers, as well as the topic, really exists. In the end there is even talk of two daycare centers in Leipzig, but only one daycare center is noted on the sharepic:

What is important for the fact check at this point: the topic itself is over a year old. After the 2019 summer holidays, the two Leipzig daycare centers planned to remove gummy bears and pork from the menu. In this context, one should not forget to mention that this was not a ban. The term ban was first introduced by a large German tabloid, because in the daycare centers themselves there was no talk of a ban, but of consideration for other children who are not allowed to eat pork for religious reasons.
