Stacey Wehrmann Feeley from the US state of Michigan published a status post on Facebook that gave many users goosebumps!

When your little daughter balanced barefoot on the edge of the toilet in her cute little dress and supported herself with one hand on the wall, your mother had to smile.

The mother was so delighted with what her daughter was doing and took a photo of it because her father, who wasn't there, should also see it.

“I wanted to send the photo to my husband and show him what our cheeky little three-year-old is cooking up,” she writes in her status post on Facebook.

But the daughter didn't do this for fun Sad smiley

When the mother asked her daughter what she was doing here, the little one explained that she had to practice for a so-called “lockdown drill”. This is taught to children in preschool. And that is when an emergency occurs. In this case, for example, a terrorist attack or an armed rampage.

The idea behind the exercise was that if a child is in such a situation and is on the toilet, they should stand on the toilet bowl so that they are not discovered immediately.

The mother is stunned: “When she told me what she was doing, I collapsed.”

She took the photo and shared the picture of her daughter standing on the edge of the toilet on her Facebook page on June 16, 2016 and added the following angry message to the government:

“Politicians, look at this. These are your children and your children's children. They have to live in this world based on your decisions.”

And further:

I don't want to pretend I have all the answers. But if you don't want your children to have to stand on toilet bowls, we should do something!

With her contribution, the mother is calling for a change in gun laws in the USA. And here in particular the Second Amendment, because it grants the right for everyone to own and carry weapons.

At the end of her status post she writes: “I don’t want to pretend that I have all the answers. But if you don’t want your children to have to stand on toilet bowls, we should do something!”

With her status post she spoke from the hearts of many parents, because the status post was liked over 50,000 times, shared over 40,000 times and over 6,000 users have already commented!
