Once again, one or two headlines from the Wall Street Journal are floating around. Same issue, two different headlines.

The picture in the Facebook post says in English:

“Exactly the same newspaper, same date, sold in different states depending on the political direction in the area. This is a clear case of how the media manipulates the people. Open your eyes before it’s too late.”

The newspaper on the left reads the headline “ Trump moderates his tone ,” but the newspaper on the right reads “ Trump speaks plainly .”

Are these real copies of the newspaper?

Yes, nothing was manipulated. Both are issues of the “Wall Street Journal” from September 1, 2016. Specifically, it was about Trump's discussions with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto about the problem of immigration of Mexicans to the USA.

Why the two different headlines?

No, the reason is not to sell the newspapers in different countries, the solution is much simpler :

[vc_message message_box_color=“green” icon_fontawesome=“fa fa-check”]The edition on the left is the morning edition , which came out shortly after the meeting. In fact, the conversation was rather cooperative.

The right-wing edition is the evening edition , after Trump gave a speech regarding the meeting and claimed rather the opposite: he remained tough and called for a wall between the USA and Mexico.[/mk_info]

Sometimes hi, sometimes hot

We only saw a few days ago that Trump likes to contradict himself or change his statements after the fact, when he first admitted that the intelligence information about Russia's influence on the US elections was correct, but he denied it again a little later. In this respect, we are not surprised by Trump's behavior in September 2016. But that's not the Wall Street Journal's fault.

But if you don't like reading so much, you can watch the short form of enlightenment again on ZDDK.TV , presented by “Thunderbeard” 🙂
