The fact check

As our colleagues at Snopes explain, the photo is part of a series of photos from 2018 published Vietnamese news site Emdep ( note: the photos in the additional links may appear disturbing The text describes volunteers washing the remains of aborted fetuses, stillbirths, and/or premature or abandoned infants (Editor's note: translation is ambiguous) in preparation for a funeral.

TQCường – the “head” of the group – is described as having tattoos several times in the article:

The volunteers who care for the fetuses hold a burial ceremony every two weeks at Doi Coc Cemetery . Vietnam has one of the highest abortion rates in the world (see here and here ). The volunteers assume that abortions may also be carried out later than would be legally permitted.

Unlike most major public hospitals in Hanoi, which bury aborted fetuses after abortion, many private clinics pay no attention to the issue .

Conclusion:

The photo comes from Vietnam and shows a young man dedicated to the task of washing and burying aborted fetuses.

The three keywords “adrenochrome”, “cannibalism” and “Satanism” are in no way related to the photo shown.
