Recklinghausen: As already reported in September 2016, an unknown man masturbated in front of children in the schoolyard on Holtwicker Strasse.
An unknown man masturbated in front of three girls aged 11 and 13 on Sunday (September 25th) at around 5:15 p.m.
The girls were on the grounds of the high school on Holtwicker Strasse when the man masturbated.
If adults ran past, he would hide briefly and then continue his action.
Finally he walked away towards the train station and walked away behind the bicycle station towards the tracks.
