After a photo of a man circulated in chat groups and the police were called to the scene on Monday afternoon (June 28th), the person pictured was found by the police that evening on Stresemannstrasse in Eberstadt.
The police in Pfungstadt were informed about the circulating photo at around 1:30 p.m. This shows a man with blonde, shoulder-length hair who is wearing a cropped black shirt and green-black shorts. His age was estimated at around 40 years.
According to the caption, he is said to have spoken to children in the Pfungstadt area. As things stand, the responsible Criminal Investigation Department 10 in Darmstadt has not yet received any facts or reports that could be related to this.
At around 7 p.m., several passers-by alerted the police and stated that the person depicted in the circulating photo was said to be in the area. Patrols immediately went to the scene.
