With ZDDK/Mimikama and other experts, Kaspersky Lab gets to the heart of the far-reaching topic of “children and internet safety” with the newly created “Cyberkids” blog section

For this purpose, the cybersecurity expert was able to recruit a number of experts who, in multimedia and entertaining articles, addressed the topics of dangers on the web and in social media, gaming, cyber education and cyberbullying from different perspectives.

A current Kaspersky study shows that compared to other countries, German children surf the “computer games” and “alcohol, tobacco and narcotics” categories more frequently than average.

However, the topic goes far beyond content that is dangerous for children and young people. Kaspersky Lab therefore placed great emphasis on an outside perspective in the blog posts and worked with various experts, including a mother and a young person, who looked at the topic from their personal perspective.
