So we were sent a screenshot that claimed that we could see Merkel, Macron and other politicians from last night in Brussels

As you can easily see, the tweet is from October 18, 2018 . The photo was taken the day before.
Die Welt reported with the same photo from the evening meeting of politicians in downtown Brussels.
Conclusion
You can clearly see in the screenshot that the date under the tweet was essentially cut off, and where and who the text came from was also hidden... so that you can then claim that the politicians are not adhering to the distance and mask rules.
So of course Merkel and Macron couldn't stick to the protective measures and not be afraid of Corona - because the virus didn't even exist back then.
