YES! There is a press release from the Federal Police about this case from May 17th, 2016 , but the search was stopped again on May 18th, 2016 !

Hamburg (ots) - Discontinuation of the public search after suspected mistreatment of a child in Hamburg's S-Bahn
The Hamburg Federal Police Inspectorate used a photo to search for an unknown suspect on suspicion of intentional bodily harm and coercion of a child (see OTS press release from May 17, 2016 - 6:46 p.m.).
The Hamburg public prosecutor's office was able to obtain an order for a corresponding public search from the responsible district court in advance.
The wanted woman (55 years old) from Hamburg has now turned herself in to PK 27 of the Hamburg police in the presence of other family members and has been identified.
The accused made no further statements about the allegations and would like to consult a lawyer based on the current situation.
Further measures regarding a possible endangerment of the child's well-being have already been initiated by the Federal Police through the responsible youth authorities.
No further information can be provided for tactical reasons; Further investigations by the Federal Police are ongoing.
