Radio talk with Mimikama author Andre Wolf on the book “Attack on Democracy”. Why the pandemic myths makes life easy.

Last weekend our second Mimikama book entitled “Attack on Democracy” was published. This book is of course about false reports and myths, but also about communication strategies on social media. But also about “pandemic, protest and propaganda”.

And that is exactly the title of the one-hour radio show on Punkt Eins (Ö1), in which the book was discussed and listeners' questions were answered live. This program is available to listen to on Ö1 until March 22, 2021 (click on the graphic):

Review of “Attack on Democracy”

Too late for the link? Don't feel like listening to the radio for an hour? Alternatively, the Humanist Press Service has published a review of the book “Attack on Democracy”. It reads, among other things:

Many Internet users have already had painful experiences with creeping manipulations, which often divide families. The spread of conspiracy myths in particular has caused people to turn away from facts and become radicalized.

The complete review, written by Gerfried Pongratz, appeared on the website of the Humanist Press Service ( here ).

The book can be ordered online directly from the publisher Edition A Amazon . But …. If the weather is good: Go for a walk and of course, while adhering to the hygiene rules, go to your favorite bookstore!
