After a reverse image search and further research, it turns out that a similar image of a pregnant Ken doll was posted "promptforum"
Here you will find a reference to the Instagram account “the.forbidden.toys”, where the circulating Ken photo can be found. With hashtags like “ai” and “aitoys” as well as a reference to the AI tool “Midjourney”, it is made very clear that this is an AI-generated image.
When asked, the German Press Agency (dpa) confirmed that the image was actually created with “Midjourney”. A query to Mattel, the maker of Barbie and Ken, revealed no evidence of the existence of such a doll.
