Weimar - On Tuesday afternoon between 3:10 p.m. and 3:40 p.m. rescue workers were on duty on Schwanseestrasse in Weimar.

While they were helping a patient, the brazen perpetrator sneaked up to the unlocked ambulance in order to steal medication with a total value of around EUR 1,200.

Not only is the medication simply missing in an urgent situation - there is also an acute danger to life if used improperly by the thief or third parties!

Cautionary Notes

  • The medications, which include strong painkillers and narcotics, can cause serious health problems and, in the worst case, death!
  • Do not buy medicines that are particularly cheap or come from uncertain sources!
  • If you find the medication somewhere, please hand it in to the nearest police station immediately!

The police ask:

  • During the specified time, who noticed a person in the Schwanseestrasse area near the passage to Weimarhalle who presumably got into the ambulance parked there without authorization?
  • Who has noticed a suitcase (as pictured) on people who don't normally deal with it?

The criminal police in Weimar are accepting information on 03643-8820.
