SAMSUNG and APPLE, companies that have a magical attraction to Facebook users. We no longer know how many fake pages there are on Facebook. Internet fraudsters always operate in the same way. They open a “Samsung” page on Facebook and trick the user into thinking they still have remaining stock. In order to win something, you have to “like” the page and follow a link.

This is what this page is all about at the moment!

This is called “ Samsung Products Free ” and is probably related to the “ Everything has to go ” page that we have already reported on!

The “Everything has to go” page published the following status post on September 19, 2013 at 9:58 p.m.:

What immediately catches our eye here is…

1) there is no information text (except “Just for fun” and “LOTS OF FUN”) and
2) there is no imprint visible! So who is behind this site? Reputable companies ALWAYS have an imprint!

Here is the status post again in text form:

We received several Samsung Galaxy S4 16 GB's that couldn't be packaged properly in production, so we're doing a raffle on this page!

To participate you should complete the following 3rd steps:

Step 1. Like our page
(Samsung products for free)

Step 2. Share this post

Step 3. Comment with color “white”, “black”

We will follow every step.
Once all steps have been completed, we will add you to the participation list and with a bit of luck you will own a Samsung Galaxy S4. Deadline for participation: December 30, 2013
Have fun!

Our conclusion:

Based on our experience, this page is just “Like-awesome” and nothing else, that’s what we can say!

How can you recognize a “fake competition” or “fake pages”?

Imprint available?
Companies have an imprint in 90% of cases!
If that's not the case, then it could be an oversight on the part of the admin, but it doesn't mean anything.
When we check pages for “click without hesitation”, this is the point that is always forgotten!

Info area under the profile image!
Is the information area filled with meaningful text or does it just say “Like and win” or “Just for fun?”
If the information area is meaningful, then this point is OK! If this is not the case, then please be careful!

Facebook page age and number of fans!
If a “page” is only a few hours/days old and quickly has a few thousand fans, then please be careful!
Also watch the comments from other users! If these are negative, then stay away from the site/the competition!

A well-known company – or a well-known brand?
Even if it seems that the brand is well-known, first check the official website of that company and search for the “Facebook link” and then compare the Facebook pages with each other.

Info to the operators of the site mentioned in this report!

1) We will stop by on December 30, 2013 (as mentioned in the status post) and see if you even announce the winners!
2) We would be happy to offer you to have the page mentioned checked! See www.bedenkenlos-klicken.com
