A 66-year-old Potsdam woman was accompanied home by an unknown man at around 2 a.m. on July 6, 2017, after she became dizzy and fell over due to circulatory problems. The man helped her up and walked her to her apartment.
According to current findings, after the man initially physically harassed the Potsdam woman in her apartment, a sexual offense occurred to the woman's detriment. The man then left the apartment.
