The man harassed a 17-year-old woman on Warendorfer Strasse, touched her against her will several times and kissed her.
The young woman from Münster previously took the Westfalenbahn from Sprakel towards Münster main station.
She had a bicycle with her and wanted to ride home from the train station.
The unknown person was also on the train with a bicycle.
He spoke to the 17-year-old on the train.
When the woman from Münster got off at the main train station and set off home on her bike, the perpetrator followed her.
The path went from Bremer Platz, over Sauerländer Weg, Zumsandestrasse to Warendorfer Strasse.
The 17-year-old was afraid and accelerated her bike.
Shortly after crossing the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring, the perpetrator caught up with her and pushed her away.
To prevent a fall, the woman stopped.
The stranger immediately held the 17-year-old, grabbed her breast and kissed her several times.
The victim was able to free herself and continued driving, but the perpetrator followed her again to her home address.
There the woman managed to escape into her apartment.
